Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Process

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). For example, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
