At IndieMela, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand the process and conditions for order cancellations.

Order Cancellation

  • Eligibility: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
  • Time Frame: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order without any charges.

Process

  1. Contact Us: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@indiemela.com or 8075917639 as soon as possible. Provide your order number and request the cancellation.
  2. Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will confirm the cancellation via email.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the order and then initiate a return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Non-Cancelable Items

Certain personalized and custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has started. Please review the product details carefully before placing an order for personalized items.

Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after this time frame.
